In this gentle practice, we slow down and explore repetition, rhythm and spaciousness. Whether you are cooling down from the heat of summer or just wanting to be easy with your movements, this practice invites you to turn inward and be curious about your own experience. In addition to various rhythmic somatic movement sequences, specific poses include: baby half moon, sphinx, triangle, extended side angle, star, standing pigeon, reclined pigeon, and happy baby.
