A slower practice with ample time for reflection and pausing, we begin in constructive rest and move into sequences that explore freeing the legs from the torso and using the head-pelvis counterbalance for easefulness. Poses include: seated exploration of 6 movement directions of the spine, Side Plank, Baby Half Moon, springiness of the spine, Sphinx, Baby Dolphin, Down Dog, Wide Leg Forward Fold, Warrior 2, Extended Side Angle, Goddess, Half Moon, Legs-Up-the-Wall and an extended final relaxation.
