Centering practice invites exploration of the face and neck areas from different vantage points. We observe how balancing the head on the spine relates to the pelvis, sacrum and tailbone. Movement practice further frees the spine and includes various twist variations and pelvis/leg sequences. Poses include: Child’s Pose, Down Dog, Sun Salute, Wide Leg Forward Fold, W2, Revolved Stork, Happy Baby Variation, Bridge.
