Centering and opening movement sequences take place on the ground. We use somatic movement principles of yielding, rolling and allowing to free tissues and joints, finding easier pathways of movement. Subsequent sequences elongate and strengthen the lateral line of the body. In addition to several rhythmic movements (including a “moving” balance exploration), poses include: cat/cow, side plank balance, W2, Triangle, Extended Side Angle, Butterfly, Twists, and Bridge.
