The practice begins with centering and somatic tracking, noticing what’s happening in ourselves and in our environment — without judgment or expectations of change. How does allowing what's Present create Ease? The movement practice explores the interrelatedness of the head, pelvis and spine — first on the ground and then in upright movement. Poses include: W1, W3, Wide Angle Forward Fold, Downdog and Pyramid with a wall or chair, Reclined Hip Openers and Twists with optional Legs Up The Wall or Supported Final Relaxation.
