Centering practice invites orienting to the present moment and contemplating positive resources, and noticing what happens in our experience as a result. This class has a leisurely pace that invites continued orienting to the present moment along the way, which is a key component to resilience and regulation. Movement themes and poses include: using the hip joint for folding, strengthening the back and lateral lines for integrated movement, outer hip and inner leg opening; Figure 8, Spirals, Low and High Lunge, W2, Semi-Supine Work.
