We begin settling and lingering in constructive rest, allowing the time to invite a deepening of our sense of presence. Throughout class we explore pausing enough to create more availability in the joints and possibilities for thoughtful movement and balance. A focal point is the use of the knees, ankles and small foot bones from various vantage points. Poses include: twists, low lunges, slow flow sun salutes, wide angle forward fold, W2, bridge variations, water wheel and various micro movement flows.
