We begin in a seated position to orient and "organize" the body, before settling into constructive rest and centering practice. Throughout class, an invitation is put forth to notice your internal state of being, without judgment, and to use gentle awareness and touch to support the whole Self coming into coherence and flow. Other themes include dropping into the back line of support, the natural curves of the spine, and utilizing spirals for movement. Poses include: Child's Pose, Cat/Cow, Sphinx, modified Happy Baby, Head-to-Knee, Tree, Wide Leg Fold, W2, and Extended Side Angle.
