“Movement is a way of being alive. It is a way of having a relationship with the world. Movement can regulate and resource or activate and dysregulate us.” — Deb Dana | In this gentle practice, we step out of our busy lives and into the practice space to notice where there is ease, possibility and regulation within our bodies and movement choices. With attention to smaller gestures and movement ranges, there is sometimes more potential for vitality and ease to surface. Poses include: floor work for the spine and pelvis, goddess variations, downward dog and WI at the wall, and sequences to strengthen the lateral line.
