Centering practice cultivates awareness in the back line of the body, particularly how the knees bend from this back line of support. Throughout the practice, we examine the Use of the knees and how to bend easily and freely without downward pressure or compression. Poses include: Table with variations, Child’s Pose, Downdog with drawing in the knee, Dropped Lunge/Twist, W2, Reverse Warrior, Chair Balance and Supported Bridge.
