Attune Yoga Long Practices
•
1h 1m
The centering time and space invites organizing the whole body (and our present moment attention) through a pendulation of awareness from upper body to lower body, lower body to upper body. By attuning and attending, we invite a natural vitality to awaken. Throughout the movement portion of class, the focus is on freeing the joints and having clarity of movement in particular from the hips ( and not other areas of contraction or over efforting). Poses include: Reclined Pigeon Balance, Flying Dolphin, Gate, W2, Bridge.
