Optional prop for class: a dish towel or hand towel folded vertically. We start by tuning into ourselves internally and in relation to the external environment, inviting presence, attention and curiosity. Class themes include suspending the head on top of the spine, releasing the jaw diagonally, as well as diagonal movements of the arms and legs. Poses include, Thread the Needle Balance, Low Lunge, Triangle, and Twists.
