1h 1m
With the energy of spring beginning to stir, we start by awakening the bones and joints of the arms and legs before settling into a brief constructive rest. There is an invitation to notice how these light initial movements may increase awareness and interoception as well as capacity for embodiment. Movements during class focus on how organizing through the limbs (rather than bracing or overdoing) can support the central coordination of head, spine and pelvis. Poses focus on opening the inner legs including: gate, goddess, triangle, WII, tree and side plank tree variations.
