1h 1m
The opening meditation invites a quality of attention that is neither distracted nor too immersive — can we pay attention in an attuned yet easeful manner? Attention is then guided through a sequence of AT directions/relationships within the body. All the movement sequences in this class repeat from different vantage points but the central theme of staying centered in the midline and torso, while the limbs release out and away. Poses include: locust, dropped lunge, down dog split, dancer pose, goddess, heron, and various twists. With special guest appearance around 38:00!
