A very gentle practice that includes ample pausing and space to take in your experience and observations. This class includes several somatic movement explorations of the arms, legs, and torso. We play with balance and Whole Body Use as well. Specific poses sprinkled into class include: Downdog at the wall, Wide Leg Forward Fold, Lunge, Twisting Lunge, Bridge.
