We being class upright, to warm up all the joints of the body and connect to the ground through the feet. Constructive rest follows including an invitation to bring in safety and support, and noticing the effect this has on the body. The movement explorations throughout class encourage using the whole body to express each pose and to notice the interoceptive experience internally. Poses include: Side Plank, Baby Half Moon, Swan, Warrior II, Extended Side Angle, Tree, and various explorations of Spirals, Extension and Arm Use.
