A short, balanced class to get moving. Good for any time of day — morning to late afternoon (not advised during evening hours due to the back bends that energize). Poses include: Constructive Rest with Movements, Table, Side Plank, W2, Side Angle, Seated Twist, Camel, Butterfly.
