We begin with centering practice that invites attending to your own comfort and in particular giving time for our nervous system to settle via support for the low back ,adrenals, neck and jaw. Class movement sequences focus on opening space internally and in particular along the side seams of the body. Poses include: Gate, Goddess, Extended Side Angle, Twists, Half Forward Fold, Reclined Pigeon. Extended final rest includes guided relaxation as well as silent time for healing and integration.
