Attune Yoga Long Practices
•
1h 1m
This class invites the use of gentle rhythmic movements and attention to the whole body as a way of creating ease or regulation in the parts. This is an alternative to zooming in on the ‘part’ that might be tight or uncomfortable. By focusing on a whole pattern harmony, the part might find its vitality again. Optional props: yoga block, hardcover thick book or a couple sofa pillows. Poses include: torso rotations and spiralic rhythmic flows, wide leg angle, star, W2, triangle, stork balance variations, reclined twist, supported shoulder stand.
