Class focuses on the natural curves of the spine. We explore how to invite the natural springiness of the spine through use of the eyes/vision, head/spine coordination, movement of the ribs and spirals. Poses include: side plank and variations, baby half moon, and half moon. The first 15 minutes of class can be done as a separate short practice: constructive rest + semi-supine warm-up of the spine in 6 directions.
