We begin with Constructive Rest, taking this time to allow the spine to replenish and the whole body to organize into length, width and support. Class sequences include a floor warm-up, seated warm-up, standing flows and poses and time exploring balance in tree pose. Themes include opening and strengthening the side lines of the body, finding hip stability and the resulting freedom and play that can arise from stability. Poses include: Happy Baby, Star, Seated and Reclined Twists, W2, Reverse Warrior, Side Angle, Wide Leg FF, Tree.
