We begin class with Somatic Experiencing Orienting, noticing what happens when we come into the present moment with our attention and curiosity. We also spend time tapping into what resources our system and noticing the present-moment effects of calling on resource and allowing support. Movement sequences focus anatomically on the inner leg and lateral/side line of the body. Poses include: Lateral Lunge, Chair, Crescent Moon, Triangle, Happy Baby Modification, Reclined Pigeon and Bridge Sequence.
