1h 2m
Centering meditation invites a noticing of what is present internally and externally without trying to change or direct the experience. Somatic tracking cues are given to help build the language of interoception and this type of attentiveness that "allows." The class theme focuses on activating and building strength in the back lower line, particularly the glutes and hamstrings, so that we can “step forward” into life with strength and capacity. Movements and poses include: 4 movements of the ankle, bridge, one sided bridge, high lunge, happy baby variations, stork, and lengthening of the legs with the aid of a strap, belt or scarf.
